Well, it totally freezes and I have to shut the computer down and turn it back on again to even get out of it. I've even let it go overnight (thinking it just may take awhile to finish). It goes through the steps: preparing for install, copying files, etc., but when it gets to the part that says "updating system," it just sits there. So, I uninstalled the PrintMaster Platinum 16 (thinking there may have been a problem with the install.). I installed it on my computer and was able to access MOST of my projects created with the PrintMaster Platinum 7.0, with the exception of the "brochure" that I created (I kept getting an error when trying to open this particular project). A couple of months ago, I purchased PrintMaster Platinum 16. I created several projects for my husband's business, including a brochure (that took me quite a while to get looking like we wanted).
